I've worked with a number of start-ups, helping them define their brand voice from scratch. Lingo is a biowearable glucose monitor and metabolic coach, backed by global healthcare company, Abbott.
Designed to appeal to a tech-forward, sophisticated health audience, it helps you understand your unique responses to a number of factors and to retrain your metabolism.
I worked with them to articulate who they are, what they do and how they should sound. Like many start-ups, we were moving at pace, so we refined as we went – rather than living in deck-ware for months.
I then lead a team of copywriters to push the tone out into the full product experience – socials, comms, website, packaging and the app itself.
